Mount Kisco Community Solar is the first community solar project on municipal land in Westchester County! Built on top of a closed landfill, the project is designed to benefit Mount Kisco residents who enroll, providing electric bill savings and clean local energy. BQ Energy, the solar developer, has a special expertise in building solar projects on landfills, returning those sites to productive use while helping to drive the transition to clean renewable power. SUBSCRIBERS MUST BE RESIDENTS, HOUSES OF WORSHIP, ORGANIZATIONS OR BUSINESSES IN THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OR TOWN OF MOUNT KISCO.
